PrimeVita arranges shipment of your product upon confirmation of payment. We strive to ensure customers across the country receive their orders on time. Once payment is confirmed, we provide an estimated delivery date and ensure timely dispatch.

In case of any shipment delay, customers can contact PrimeVita for assistance. Delays may occur due to factors such as product import, availability, brand code verification, or discrepancies in the order.

All products are shipped and dispatched within 2–3 working days. A standard uninterrupted delivery typically takes around 15 days. We make every effort to fulfill orders promptly so that you receive your purchase within the estimated timeframe.
